My name is Marie Anneliese Brandiburu, founder of Bridge Consulting Denmark. I help citizens and businesses navigate the Danish system with confidence – offering interpretation, advisory services, and personal support.
20 years of experience with precision and confidentiality
With over 20 years of experience in communication, coordination, and case management, I currently work as a professional interpreter and advisor, focusing particularly on complex or sensitive situations.
Since 2013, I have run my own business as a Romanian interpreter and translator, collaborating with Danish authorities, including the courts, the police, defense attorneys, and the Prison and Probation Service. I also work closely with the Romanian Embassy in Copenhagen, as well as other partners across both the public and private sectors.
Through my work, I have developed a strong understanding of legal processes, administrative procedures, and the challenges faced by many foreigners, families, and businesses in Denmark. I have provided interpretation in a wide range of cases where precision, confidentiality, and trust are essential.
I hold an academic background in economics and mathematics from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen, which has strengthened my analytical capabilities and my structured approach to advisory work, coordination, and problem-solving.
Specialist in complex cases and coordination
Previously, I worked at SOS International as a case manager, coordinator, and operations manager. There, I was responsible for coordinating complex cases, facilitating communication between individuals, relatives, and partners, as well as leading larger teams.
This experience has provided me with a strong overview, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create structure and calm – even in high-pressure situations.
Alongside my professional work, I have for many years been engaged in voluntary social work, including serving as an advisor at the Danish National Association for Eating Disorders and initiating a local youth club for young girls. This reflects my core motivation: helping people and creating safe environments.
Knowledge should be shared
In addition to interpretation and advisory services, I develop and host courses, workshops, and informational programs covering topics such as language, integration, cultural understanding, and practical matters in Denmark. The goal is to provide international citizens, businesses, and organizations with the knowledge and tools that foster a secure and successful everyday life.
